Kerala Government Wednesday decided to extend a solatium of Rs. five lakhs to the family of noted lyricist Girish Puthenchery, who died last week.
This was announced by Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan during his media briefing on cabinet decisions.The cabinet also decided to give an amount of Rs one lakh to noted musician M G Radhakrishnan towards his treatment expenses.
